MCE (CN-CA): Uniform aperture, no medium dropping, thin texture, little
resistance, high filtration speed, little adsorption. It is used for gas, oil,
drink, alcohol, particulate and bacteria filtration. It is used to inspect particulate
and bacteria. Also for Hydrophilic, Strong chemical resistance, Low protein attachment. Suitable for protein rich solution.
NYLON: Hydrophilic property, no need to moist beforehand,
uniform aperture, strong tenacity and absorbability. It is used for Electric
semiconductor, industrial water filtration, chemicals filtration, drinks filtration. Good chemical tolerance can be used in pH raging 1-12, filtration and fertilization of biological product, solution for tissue culture.
PVDF: Good heat-endurance and chemical stability, strong hydrophobic.
It is used for gas and vapor filtration, high-temperature filtration, food industry,
medicine industry. Suitable for water and various organic solutions. Resistance to heat and oxidation. To prevent from damage of particles to column, Suitable for sample preparation in HPLC, GC.
PTFE: Broad chemical compatibility, strong chemical stability and inertia,
strong hydrophobic. It is used for the organic solvent with strong chemical
causticity and strong acid solvent and alkali solvent. Good chemical tolerance can be used in pH raging 1-12. Excellent for air and gas filtration, and for venting applications.
PES(Polyethersulfone): Low affinity for proteins and extractable with substantially faster flow rates than PVDF; suitable for pre-filtration and filtration of buffers and culture media.
